For Nicole T. Sanzo, becoming an attorney was a dream that began when she was just five years old. Today, she puts that determination to work helping people navigate the legal and personal challenges that follow a serious injury.
As a Personal Injury Attorney at Slaughter & Lupton Law, Nicole represents clients in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, and other personal injury matters. She brings a strong litigation mindset to every case, working to protect her clients’ rights and pursue the compensation available to them under the law.

A native of Wethersfield, Connecticut, Nicole earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, graduating magna cum laude. She was awarded the Dean’s Academic Scholarship to attend Regent University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
Nicole’s legal experience began before joining Slaughter & Lupton Law. During law school, she interned with the United States Coast Guard Legal Service Command and worked as a legal researcher for a private law firm in South Carolina. She also spent two years as a law clerk with a private criminal and family law firm in Virginia Beach, gaining valuable experience in litigation and client advocacy.
Nicole is licensed to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina. Her focus is on getting the maximum settlement for motor vehicle collision injuries and serious slip and fall cases.
Outside the courtroom, Nicole remains active in her church and volunteers in veterinary urgent care services. She is also a devoted cat owner to two cats of her own.
