Sarah Stanley
Practice Manager & Paralegal
Sarah has been with our firm since 2021. She has six years of experience in the legal field as a litigation paralegal and legal assistant. Sarah received an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies degree and a Paralegal Certificate from Tidewater Community College. Sarah was born and raised in Hampton Roads and has found her home in Chesapeake, Virginia. Outside of work she enjoys spending time in her garden and doing anything outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Donna Wilson
Paralegal Manager/Investigator
Donna’s devotion to the legal field began in 1985 at Floyd E. Kellam High School in Virginia Beach, VA where she was recruited upon graduation to work as a file clerk and fingerprint technician with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington, D.C. Upon her return home to the Tidewater area, Donna worked as a dispatcher for the Virginia Beach Police Department from 1989 to 1991. She began a career as a Paralegal in 1992. Donna became certified as a Paralegal in 1994 through Hampton University’s College of Continuing Education. Donna also received a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Hampton University and a Master of Arts in English from Tennessee State University. Donna also was licensed as a private investigator by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Donna works with our clients on Day 1 with her more than 30 years of experience as a paralegal. Donna grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia and still calls Virginia Beach home.

Abby Edwards
Paralegal
Abby applies her experience and skills as a paralegal on behalf of our injured clients cases. Abby has approximately 5 years of experience in the legal field as a paralegal and legal assistant in both litigation and pre-litigation. She is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies and has completed a Paralegal Studies course. Abby is a Virginia Beach resident.

Taina Ramirez
Paralegal & Interpreter
Taina Ramirez has 18 years of experience as a legal assistant, pre-litigation paralegal, and litigation paralegal. She has a B.S degree from Pennsylvania State University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration. She also attended law school at the Southern New England School of Law in 2003–2004. She has worked a majority of her career helping injured clients in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. Taina is originally from Puerto Rico and has resided in Virginia since 1991. Taina is bilingual in English and Spanish. She plays the saxophone and enjoys jazz, blues, and classical music.
