Sarah has been with our firm since 2021. She has experience in the legal field as a litigation paralegal and legal assistant since 2014. Sarah received an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies degree and a Paralegal Certificate from Tidewater Community College.

As firm administrator at Slaughter & Lupton Law, Sarah is integral to the legal process. Her case management skills and streamlined communication with attorneys and staff keep the firm moving efficiently for the best results.

Sarah was born and raised in Hampton Roads and has found her home in Chesapeake, Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her garden and doing anything outdoors with her husband and daughter.

As Client Case Manager, Alicia matches your case to the legal team that can best support your unique needs.

Since 1994, Alicia has paralegal certification and experience in family law, estate planning, criminal, and personal injury law.

When out of the office, you can find Alicia spending quality time with her family or protecting our oceans by volunteering with the Network for Endangered Sea Turtles (NEST) in Outer Banks, NC.

Katie Binns is a member of Slaughter & Lupton Law’s advanced team of paralegals. She takes your case to the next level by assisting your 5-star lawyers to get the maximum for your case. Trained to keep your case moving efficiently with the latest case management software, Katie is an integral part of the paralegal team.

When not in office, Katie spends quality time with her husband, cats, and plants. She enjoys crafting and working on DIY projects.

Tori is a valued member of the Slaughter & Lupton Law team, bringing focus, organization, and compassion to every personal injury case she supports. She began her career in the legal field in 2018 and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies with a focus in Litigation from Tidewater Community College in 2020. Her background and training make her a trusted resource for both our attorneys and our clients.

As a skilled paralegal, Tori takes pride in keeping each case on track and ensuring clients are informed at every step of the process. Her attention to detail and understanding of litigation help our team build strong cases designed to achieve the best possible results.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and son, and listening to true crime podcasts. She’s also a fan of The Office, The Paper, and Parks and Recreation. When she’s not relaxing with a good show, you can find her exploring museums and learning about history and art.

With her Associate’s degree in Nursing and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Klaudine combines her passions to bring our 5-star legal team straight to you.

She plays a pivotal role in elevating our law firm’s digital and community presence, ensuring we connect with those who need it. Klaudine is your go-to resource for all of Slaughter & Lupton Law’s marketing answers.

Out of the office, she enjoys traveling, discovering new music, and creating digital content.

Madison brings a fresh perspective with a strong foundation in administrative skills since her beginnings in the legal field in October 2024. As a certified Administrative Assistant, she applies her training in organization, communication, and office management to streamline case preparation and client support.

Julia is a dedicated paralegal bringing invaluable experience to our team. She has extensive knowledge in various legal departments since 2017, including intake, investigation, pre-litigation, General District Courts, and Circuit Courts. Julia’s story begins as an investigative assistant where she found her passion for tracking down all the right answers. Combining her investigative drive and vast experience across personal injury law, Julia holds a unique understanding of the system from the ground up.

Previously working in project and office management, Nenie holds years of experience specifically working in accounts. Her strong background as an accounts analyst helps Slaughter & Lupton Law efficiently track recordkeeping. Morgan Lindley is a member of Slaughter & Lupton Law’s dedicated team of paralegals.

When she’s not in the office, Carolyn serves on the board as secretary of her Homeowners Association. She enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her two poodle mix pups.
